When you are planning a trip for a small family or a handful of friends, Brazil is relatively easy to map out. The standard route is simple: fly into Rio, spend a few days there, catch a quick flight to Iguazu Falls, and then pick one wild card destination—like the Amazon, the Pantanal, Salvador, or Fernando de Noronha. If you have an extra couple of days, small groups can easily drive down to Paraty or Búzios, or take a boat from Salvador over to Morro de São Paulo or Boipeba.
But when your group grows to 50, 100, or 150 corporate guests, that multi-stop playbook is not advisable or easy to manage.
At this scale, trying to fly a hundred people to 3 destination in a single week means you will spend most of your trip sitting in airport terminals, managing bags, and dealing with flight connections. For large-scale incentive travel, success comes down to a simple rule: pick one incredible destination and stay there. You need a single hub with the hotel capacity, meeting spaces, and local transport networks to handle the sheer volume without making your guests feel like they are being herded around on a school field trip.
For groups of 100 or more, we focus entirely on destinations that can act as self-contained ecosystems. This usually means keeping the group in one place, at hotels or resorts that can comfortably block out 50 to 100 rooms at once while still offering private spaces for group dinners, meetings, and awards ceremonies. In many cases, high-end resort hotels are much easier to manage because they keep the daily logistics and dining under one roof. We already have this network of pousada, hotels and resorts with their number of rooms and infrastructure available to handle large groups.
Once your base is set, we manage the crowd by splitting them into daily experience tracks. While one group of 30 is on a private boat charter off the coast, another is exploring historic neighborhoods with local guides, and a third is at a private cooking workshop. If we need to move the entire group at once for a main event, we split everyone into a coordinated fleet of private vans, microbuses or large coaches.
The biggest hurdle for international planners is often the flights. Most commercial airlines in Brazil (and worldwide) limit online bookings to 8 or 10 people per reservation. Anything larger is treated as a group booking and must be handled manually through corporate desks.
